Basic info for classes and workshops are that we like to include all supplies in our fees. No extra or unexpected expenses when you get here.  (In the punchneedle workshops, we loan the needle because it is expensive and you might not want one rolling around in your doodad drawer if punching isn't your cup of tea afterall.)

The fees are now posted including tax.

If there is something that you want to learn, please let us know and we will schedule a workshop. If you have friends who want to join you, we will schedule a time that is mutually convenient. Some projects may run a little longer that the time we have allotted. Feel free to stay and continue to stitch. If you want, stay anyway and plan to bring a bag lunch. We have a refrigerator, microwave and soft drinks available.

La D Da Project It would be helpful if you brought your own scissors, magnifiers, pillows, or footstools that you need for comfortable stitching. Otherwise all supplies for each project is included in the fee.

A phone call or email will get you on the list, but only full payment guarantees a seat and a kit for the class.

There are other needlework techniques and arts that we are hoping to add to the mix as we can find the Saturdays and Sundays to fit them in. For example, Monica wants to teach a more involved class using several different stitches and a pretty picot edge. If there's enough interest, I'd like to have a waste canvas (on a sweatshirt) workshop and a duplicate stitch (on a sweater) workshop this spring, too. We're working on a beginner/intermediate hardanger project.
Anyone interested?

We are looking for a date on the calendar to have a "make up" day for those who need a little help finishing any of the projects that we worked on in the past year.

We plan to continue to have an Ornament of the Month workshop. Not all workshop samples are complete yet (they're adorable in progress though) , but we are working hard on them. Expect an updated schedule soon with with more projects and dates. Or, at least, we will send little notices when we've been able to squeeze in another workshop or someone requests a special workshop that would like to fill up a bit more.
